Heather has over 30 years of experience in the New Zealand tourism industry, having held senior management roles in transport, accommodation and tour operations. She has also worked with a large number of tourism operators as a Tourism Business Advisor, assessing businesses against the Qualmark Sustainable Tourism Business quality assurance criteria. Heather is extremely passionate about sustainable travel, and loves sharing her knowledge of the many unique and amazing experiences New Zealand has to offer.
