With over 24 years’ experience within the tourism industry including roles at large scale tourist attractions, tour companies, OTA’s and Travel Agencies, Jamie possesses a vast array of skills and knowledge such as international and domestic sales, marketing & publicity and operations & logistics, allowing him to take a holistic approach to tackle the exciting NZ Cruise Industry. Highlights include 3 x nominated Best Sales Manager at the Australian Tourism Industry Awards, Guest Speaker at the 2021 Tourism Industry Aotearoa Summit, guest lecturer for AUT, MC for the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games and writing and directing the Harry Potter Wizarding Stunt show for the Australian Premiere of the 7th Harry Potter film. Jamie was also instrumental in getting the All Blacks Experience up and running as their Customer Experience Manager.
